My experience here has been great so far. Incredible views of the city in a relatively quiet location. Tons of nice amenities like in-unit washer and dryer, a decent size gym, and an amazing rooftop. It is a brand new building, so there's been some rough spots as they finish up work on the building, but the apartment manager has been fantastic in responding to any issues that come up. I would highly recommend living here.

Gorgeous building with great views of downtown! The building is brand new and has a nice rooftop deck. The gym is great and has all new equipment. It is also located on a very quiet street, but is very centrally located with easy access to several freeways.

The building is absolutely gorgeous and most importantly, really secure. There is parking on the street as well as assigned parking, which is really nice for being in LA. I really love the unit- it has tons of natural lighting, premium appliances (perfect for having guests over or making amazing meals), phone-controlled thermostats, large bathrooms, and a large living/ dining area. You can see the downtown skyline from your balcony and the 360 degree rooftop is gorgeous. LOVE this building!

Awesome brand new building with a great roof-top deck. Depending on the unit you get views of the DTLA skyline or the Hollywood sign (or both of you’re high enough). Units are a good size with high quality appliances and lots of windows providing natural light. The gym is well equipped and never crowded. And (probably most importantly) the building management is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

This building is beautiful! The rooftop has amazing unobstructed views of downtown in addition to a grill, sonos speakers, tables, chairs, and even a bathroom! The units have tons of natural light and modern open floor plans. Great place to live to enjoy LA at its finest.
